Our services and your order

FineSpark is operated as Fine Spark (Part of AgniHD) and provides custom website design and development. Your selected service, checkout price and written project scope describe what you are purchasing. Additional work requires a separate agreement. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Storefront features

We agree a feature checklist suited to your catalogue before development. Standard storefront work can include responsive navigation and mega menus, search, a cart drawer, quick add, product recommendations, variant selectors and colour or image swatches, with product accordions, size guides and promotional sections where relevant. We review mobile usability, accessibility and performance. This is not a promise to reproduce every feature of every premium theme. Subscriptions, loyalty, advanced reviews, wishlists, complex bundles and specialist integrations require agreement and may involve apps, additional fees or a separate scope.

Payment and additional costs

Project payments are collected upfront through the payment provider shown at checkout. The displayed currency and total apply to your order. Discounts must be applied before payment. Shopify subscriptions, domains, paid themes, apps and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in your written scope. Optional ongoing care requires a separate agreement and is not automatically added to your project.

Requirements, timing and revisions

Provide accurate requirements, content and the access needed to complete your project. Custom Shopify Store delivery is normally 5–7 days after we receive the necessary requirements and access. Missing materials, changes to scope or delayed feedback can affect the schedule. The service includes three design revision rounds before design approval and one build review round for minor changes within the approved design. An individually agreed scope may specify different arrangements.

Your content and access

You must have permission to use the content and assets you provide. Use delegated or collaborator access where available; do not send card details, one-time codes or unnecessary personal information through messages or attachments. You remain responsible for your store’s products, claims, business settings and final content approval.

Delivery, ownership and launch

We provide the agreed deliverables through your project workspace and arrange handover of the store and agreed custom work. Third-party software, themes, apps, fonts and assets retain their own licences. Handover acknowledgement and launch approval are separate steps; delivery does not automatically publish your store. Review the work and confirm the necessary ownership, access and billing arrangements before launch.

Support after delivery

Custom Shopify Store includes two weeks of minor support from first delivery for the agreed work. New features, substantial redesigns and third-party subscription costs require a separate scope. Contact us through your project conversation about problems or questions.

Cancellations, refunds and concerns

See our Refund policy for the request window and review process. Cancelling an order does not itself return a payment. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If something is wrong, contact us with your order number so we can review it.

Privacy policy

Information we collect

We store the account and contact details you provide, including your name, email and any phone or company details; order and payment references; project requirements; messages; attachments; and support conversations. We also use session, verification and security information to operate accounts and protect the service.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure your account, process orders and refunds, deliver projects, answer enquiries and send service notifications. Project information is available to the account holder and authorised administrators. Guest support access depends on the browser session in which the guest verified their email.

Payment and service providers

Payments and refunds are handled by Razorpay or Stripe according to the checkout provider. We store transaction references and status information; our checkout does not ask you to send full card numbers or security codes to FineSpark. Payment providers handle payment information under their own policies: Stripe privacy policy and Razorpay privacy policy.

Hosting, email delivery and security providers process information needed to run the service. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for account security when enabled and may receive connection information such as your IP address. Website fonts are served from FineSpark. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Newsletter choices

Newsletter signup is optional and separate from your account or order. We record your email, consent date and confirmation status. A subscription becomes active after you confirm the emailed link. You can unsubscribe using the link in newsletter emails; this does not stop essential order and support notifications. We keep an unsubscribe record to avoid sending unwanted updates.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, campaign sources, selected link clicks, checkout starts and confirmed purchases. We do not send your name, email, phone number, project content or payment credentials in our analytics events. Analytics does not load until you accept it. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences. Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. Analytics reports can be incomplete when visitors decline tracking or use blockers.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, request security, currency preferences and interface behaviour. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in, checkout or guest support from working. Payment and security providers may use their own storage while you use their services.

Project files and retention

Project uploads are accessed through authorised project links. Service thumbnail images are public. Keep a copy of your own project files. There is currently no automatic retention or deletion schedule: account, order and project records remain stored until removed through an available account or administrative process. Moving a file to trash hides it but does not permanently erase it; permanent deletion is a separate step. Copies in backups or records retained for payment, dispute or legal purposes may remain after an operational copy is removed.

Your choices and requests

You can update account details in Account settings. To request access, correction, an export or deletion of information, contact us through Customer support or the Contact page. Tell us which account, order or files are involved. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

AI and project materials

The support assistant uses predefined answers rather than an external AI model. AI assists our design and development work under human review. If your project involves confidential or personal material, discuss permitted tools and handling with us before supplying it. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your project.

Policy updates and contact

We may update these policies as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Contact Fine Spark (Part of AgniHD) at [email protected] for questions about these terms or information handling. You can also use our Contact page or your project’s private conversation.
