Requesting a refund

Open your order, select Billing, and submit a refund request with a clear reason. The self-service request window runs for seven calendar days from the first time your order is marked Delivered. Your exact deadline is shown in Billing in Indian Standard Time (IST). Requests submitted at the deadline are accepted. Later delivery updates do not extend this window.

Before delivery or outside the request window

If you need to cancel, made a duplicate payment, cannot access an order, or have a concern before delivery, contact Customer support with the order number and details. The self-service refund form becomes available after delivery and is unavailable for cancelled orders. Contact us directly when the form is unavailable. Applicable statutory rights are not limited by the self-service window.

How requests are reviewed

Submitting a request starts a review; it does not automatically approve a refund. We review your reason, the agreed scope, work delivered and relevant project communications. We may ask for clarification or discuss a remedy. A request submitted on time stays open until resolved, even if the deadline subsequently passes.

Following the outcome

Your project card and Billing section show the refund status. Requested means your request is awaiting review. Processing means an approved refund has been submitted to the payment provider. Refunded means the provider has confirmed the refund; your bank may still need time to post the credit. Declined means the request was reviewed and rejected; the team response appears in Billing. If processing fails or needs review, contact us before submitting another payment.

Where an approved refund goes

Approved refunds are submitted through the original payment provider, Razorpay or Stripe, against the original transaction. The current online workflow issues full-order refunds. Bank and payment-method processing times vary; we do not promise an instant credit. Contact us with your order number if the refund has not appeared so we can check its reference and status.

Cancellations and third-party charges

Changing an order to Cancelled does not automatically initiate a refund. Shopify subscriptions, domains, apps, themes and other third-party purchases are governed by the provider’s own cancellation and refund terms. This policy covers FineSpark service orders; separately purchased AgniHD themes have their own policies.

Questions or a disputed decision

Contact Fine Spark (Part of AgniHD) at [email protected], reply in your project conversation or contact us with your order number and any supporting details. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or security codes. Read our Terms & Privacy for the wider service and information-handling terms.
