Which service is right for me?
Choose Custom Shopify Store if you own the business and want guidance from your first ideas to handover. Agency Project Support is quoted around your client brief and delivery requirements.
Do I need a Shopify store before I order?
No. Choose “create my Shopify store” at checkout and we’ll build it as a client transfer store. When it’s ready, we transfer ownership to you and you choose and pay for your Shopify plan. These stores aren’t eligible for Shopify free trials or promotions. We may earn a Shopify Partner referral commission.
What is included in the fixed price?
Custom Shopify Store includes custom storefront templates, 3 design revision rounds before approval, 1 build review round for minor adjustments within the approved design, approved images and copy, and personal code review and testing. We add all your products if the details and images are readily available; otherwise, we use placeholders. Delivery takes 5–7 days after we receive your requirements, with 2 weeks of minor support after delivery. Agency projects receive an individual fixed quote.
What do I pay separately?
Shopify subscription, domain, paid themes and apps, and optional aftercare cost extra. Design changes after approval, new features and additional revision rounds are separate unless agreed. Any extra work and its price are discussed before you commit.
How do approvals and changes work?
Custom Shopify Store includes 3 design revision rounds before approval and 1 build review round for minor adjustments. Design changes after approval and new layouts or features are quoted separately. Bug fixes and design mismatches don’t count as revisions. Agency feedback rounds are agreed in the individual quote.
When does delivery begin?
The delivery schedule begins after scope confirmation and receipt of the necessary material, plus access to your existing store or creation of your new client transfer store. Missing content or approval delays can pause it. Placeholders are clearly identified.
